Month-of Coordination Package Price

Vendor email contact will begin 60 days prior to wedding date
Up to 9 hours on site on wedding day
1 to 2 team members on your wedding day (depending on guest count)
1 meeting at location for a walk through with couple and/or venue manager
Direct vendor set-up of wedding ceremony and reception site
Meet with couple to pick up decor items week of wedding or at rehearsal
Communicate and coordinate with wedding vendors
Create and distribute wedding day timeline and floor plan
Vendor management on wedding day
Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests on wedding day
Stay until end of wedding to ensure cleanup of ceremony and reception
Wedding party direction during the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception
Distribute any gratuities to vendors on behalf of pride and groom as needed
Pack up the couple's personal items for the couple/family to remove from venue
Conduct final venue inspection and ensure it meets requirements to have deposit returned
